WW2 k98 Mauser rifle worth?

Hey guys I got me a k98 my dads friend gave it to me for $400 he's dad brought it back from WW2 it's not a rc all numbers match I haven't get it amrazed yet what do y'all think it's worth? I was guna give alot more for it but he wouldent take it
