How can I claim my Taylor Swift tee?

I'm an ultimate Swifty! So I'm planning to order a Taylor Swift 'Purple Mine Tee' at taylorswift.com . Let me remind you that payment is through credit cards. How can I possibly claim my ordered tee if I live here in the Philippines? And Philippines is one of the countries listed on the list. So it means that it's possible. Is it delivered door to door, mail or something? You know that tee is worth $20, which is pretty expensive! And if I couldn't be able to receive it, Gosh! Ugh! I would file a case for whoever is concerned! Just joking. But seriously, I'm just making sure I could claim it soon. Or else my effort and money would be a piece of garbage. Please!
