Shipping question about blu electronic cigarettes?
OK try to follow me here; This question is for those who used the free shipping for their starter kits. As you know, the shipping carrier they use is streamlite; and they deliver it to your nearest USPS post office, where USPS will deliver it to you with your regular mail. My inquiry is about tracking information. When I go to streamlite for tracking information, they provide it and it said the package was delivered to the USPS office, (latest update), but when I click on the delivery CONFIRMATION number, (the same as the tracking number streamlite provides), it takes me to the USPS site, (ther track and confirm page), and it says there is no record of this item, (no tracking information), is there any reason for concern? they provided me tracking info on streamlite, but it won't allow it on the actual USPS site. Does that just mean my type of shipping, (free shipping) does not qualify for tracking information on USPS? that's what I'm thinking but I don't know. Streamlite tracking says my package was delivered on the 25th to the USPS facility in Pittsburgh, and it isn't here yet. Although I guess it wouldn't be because my estimated time of delivery it gave me was July 1st, (before or on that date). Maybe I'm just over-reacting. help me out please?
