USPS Mail Delivery problem - what should I do? Urgent (kinda)?

So, basically, I heard that information for a summer camp was sent out to all my friends today. I went to check the mail when I saw that the mail wasn't delivered yet (this was at 12:42 PM)? I asked the neighbors if they had received their mail yet, and they said they did. I also checked online and it said that USPS usually delivered at noon time. I'm desperate for that camp info so what should I do? Should I call my local post office, even though I'm a minor????
